Austin, TX 근처에 위치한 자동차 회사에서 아래와 같이 정규직 Production Manager를 채용중입니다.

Main Responsibilities:
– Distribute production schedules and work orders.
– Revise and create production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages.
– Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness and accuracy.
– Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures.
– Compile and prepare documentation related to the production sequences, personnel schedules, and maintenance or repair orders.
– Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for high quality, cost-effectiveness, and excellent customer services.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of manufacturing or processing experience required
– Experience in the automotive industry
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Strong math skills, with the capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and statistical operations
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
