주요업무
• 제조환경내에서서버, 네트워크및산업자동화시스템을포함한 IT 시스템의안정적운영보장
• IT 관련장애에대응하고, 문제를진단하며, 시스템다운타임을분석하고개선활동수행
• 서버, 네트워크장비및공장자동화·생산시스템관련데이터베이스정기백업
• NAS 서버, 산업용 PC, 공장모니터링시스템및네트워크구성요소관리및유지보수

자격요건및필요역량
• 공통역량: 현지및국제팀과의원활한협업을위한기본적인영어소통능력
• 직급별역량: 제조환경내 IT 및시스템운영에대한이해와책임감있게업무를수행하는자세
• 직무역량: IT 관련장애에대한신속한문제해결능력및원인분석능력
• 자격요건: 산업또는제조환경에서 IT 시스템관리업무 1년이상경력

필요지식
• 서버관리, 네트워킹(TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) 및데이터보안원칙에대한이해
• 데이터수집, 자동화및분석을위한 Python, SQL, LabVIEW에대한기본지식
• 산업용통신(OPC, Modbus)에대한이해및공장시스템과의연동능력
• 산업환경에서 IT 문제해결및시스템유지보수경험

Recruitment Field and Key Responsibilities

[IT – 0 positions available]

Main Duties

• Ensure the stable operation of IT systems in a manufacturing environment, including servers, networks, and industrial automation systems.
• Respond to IT-related issues, diagnose problems, analyze downtime, and carry out improvement activities.
• Perform regular backups of databases related to servers, network equipment, and plant automation/production systems.
• Manage and maintain NAS servers, industrial PCs, plant monitoring systems, and network components.

Qualifications and Required Competencies

Common Competencies

• Basic English communication skills for smooth collaboration with local and international teams.

Position-specific Competencies

• Understanding of IT and system operations in a manufacturing environment, with a responsible and proactive work attitude.

Job Competencies

• Ability to quickly troubleshoot IT-related issues and analyze root causes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT system management in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Required Knowledge

• Understanding of server management, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN), and data security principles.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and LabVIEW for data collection, automation, and analysis.
• Understanding of industrial communication (OPC, Modbus) and ability to integrate with plant systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems in an industrial environment.

Working Conditions

• Location: Hwashin America (Greenville, AL)
• Salary: Negotiable upon hiring
