About Neo Chair

Neo Chair is a $100M eCommerce furniture company revolutionizing the way people furnish their homes. With operations spanning multiple warehouses across the U.S. and daily shipping volumes of up to 20,000 units during peak seasons, Neo Chair is on a mission to scale efficiently while maintaining industry-leading shipping standards. We are now looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead our logistics operations into the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations which mainly involves order management along with receiving, stocking, picking and shipping in timely manner.
• Track and analyze the shipments in order to ensure the company’s shipping standards for each marketplaces, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Temu and Tiktok.
• Manage the time for warehouse temp labors. 
• Collaborate with IT and other Warehouse & Distribution team to implement and to optimize WMS and IMS system.
• Ensuring the optimized shipping workflows to meet or exceed daily shipping quotas (up to 5,000 units during peak times at the location).
• Collaborate with eCommerce teams to optimize fulfillment processes for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and others.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement in productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

·         Open to candidates with or without experience

• Experiences in any WMS, IMS, OMS and possibly Shipstation or any other shipping program.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace).
• Exceptional passion to grow with the company
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
