Job Summary:
Receipient, sort, amd distribution of RFP from clients
RFP analysis and constuction document review
RFP response and RFI send & follow-up for multiple projects
Prioritizing multiple projects to maximize bidding opportunities
Establishing a repository of templates, standard langugae
Establishing a tracking system with win-loss information
Researching and evaluating vendors an subcontractors including quality and capabilities
Requesting, receiving, and analysing qutoes in timely manner from subcontractors
Tracking and updating previous quotes with updated construction documents from subcontactors
Tracking and updating previous quotes with updated material price lists from vendors
Analysing and update the internal cost list from project data

Qualifications:
Must read and understand construction documents
Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
