1. Ocean Import Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA | 3 Openings (1 Entry, 2 Experienced) FT and PT schedules available

What You’ll Do

• Work with global agents to handle incoming shipments

• Coordinate customs clearance and manage freight flow

• Track deliveries and update customers in real-time

• Handle key financial tasks (AP/AR, reporting, system entry)

• Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns

• Take part in projects and grow your logistics toolkit

2. Billing & Settlement Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

• Prepare a variety of accounting tasks relating to the documentation, recording, processing and filing of accounting.

• Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.

• Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments.

• Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client's requirements, A/R and A/P.
• Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
• Provide daily activity reports to management.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and processing check request.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in trucking, logistics, payroll, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of settlement practices (mileage, percentage, load-based pay structures).
• Proficient in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), settlement software, and Microsoft Excel.
   

3. Warehouse Operations Specialist

Locations: Atlanta, GA| 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

• Manage order intake, freight tracking, and daily shipping

• Coordinate with warehouse co-workers and temps

• Ensure shipments are accurate and on time

• Communicate with customers and internal co-workers

•  Keep the workspace organized and efficient

We’re Looking For…

• Candidates with a positive, can-do attitude

• Detail-oriented multitaskers

• Good communication and basic computer skills

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience is a bonus

4. W&D Planning Supervisor

Locations: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to improve field operations.
• Coordinate setup and support for newly opened warehouse operations.
• Innovate and apply efficient operational processes to enhance productivity.
• Lead training programs aimed at enhancing your operational skills.
• Monitor performance and devise strategies for effective cost control and revenue growth.

We’re Looking For…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

5. Trucking Planning Manager

Locations: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

• Obtain necessary information from customers to support planning and operational needs.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with the department managers and employees.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the daily utilization of trucking equipment.
• Partner with the operations part to learn, understand, and improve business processes.
• Analyze cost trends, assess their impact on the business, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize operational performance.

We’re Looking For…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, transportation, or planning is required.
• Strong planning and analytical skills with proven ability to interpret and apply data insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive “Cooperative” attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
