We are a law firm in Duluth and we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and a Legal Assistant to join our team and grow with us!

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Greet and assist guests and visitors;
• Answer and transfer telephone calls and transcribe accurate phone messages;
• Schedule appointments and events and manage the office calendar;
• Schedule meetings and conferences;
• Maintain the Firm's filing systems - both electronic and physical files;
• Prepare and record outgoing mail;
• Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail;
• Perform all other office tasks as required.

Legal Assistant Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great customer service including the ability to de-escalate concerns of lenders, agents, buyers, & sellers
• Effective time management, organized, detail–oriented, and ability to work independently
• Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work with attorneys and paralegals to create various legal documents
• Communicating with clients, county officials and outside attorneys
• Filing court documents with designated county court offices

Training available for entry level.
