Position: Front Desk Agent

Location: Baymont By Wyndham -  2069 Hwy 211 NW, Braselton, GA 30517

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
- Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
- Booking and managing reservations
- Assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
- Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors
- Standing for long periods of time

Requirements:

- Customer Service Experienced, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate good computer skills
- Must know how to multitask at a fast/quick pace
- Able to be a Team Player with all departments
- Hours of Operations: 2 Shifts (7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm) 5 days a week. However, schedule varies based on hours and need. Open flexibility for days and times in schedule is required. Must be available for weekends and holidays.
