We are looking for a full-time team member who is highly motivated and detail-oriented.

POSITION
Full-time Entry-Level Administration Staff


POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Support bookkeeping procedures
• Maintain Purchase Order system and electronic filing for vendors
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Enter customers’ orders accurately in our software and oversee customers special instructions and change requests
• Prepare and manage orders (following of waves, rush orders, cancel orders, specific orders...) for the shipping Supervisors in the warehouse
• Perform basic purchasing roles
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 
REQUIREMENTS
• Associates Degree or equivalent education / experience
• Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
• Capacity to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player capable of building long-term relationships with customers and co-workers
• Must be fluent in English
• At times, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States

Work hours: Full-time M-F 8am-5pm
Salary: Negotiable
