모집 분야 및 주요 업무

 

[Chassis 품질 관리 0명 모집]

• 고객 대응 (HMMA, Kaga, HMGMA, Mobis, VW, SESE 등)
• 사내 생산 공정 중 품질 문제 분석 및 개선 활동 수행
• 일일 및 정기 품질 문서 작성 및 관리
• 품질 문서 표준화 및 작업 지시서 작성/관리
• 고객사(VDA, 신규 고객 등) 및 내부 감사 대응

자격 요건 및 필요 역량

 

• 대졸 공학 학사 이상 (신입 0명)

• 동종 업계 5년 이내 경력 보유자 (경력 0명)
• 윤리의식 보유 및 고객·현지 직원과의 원활한 영어 소통 능력
• 고객 품질 이슈 분석 및 대응, 공정 개선 및 고객 VDA 감사 관리에 대한 책임감
• 품질관리 시스템에 대한 기본 이해
• 제품 및 작업 공정에 대한 이해
• 부적합 데이터 및 품질 지표 작성 및 관리 경험
• 내부 감사 및 고객 감사 대응 능력

[Hwashin America] Chassis Quality Control Recruitment

 

Hwashin America, a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is seeking talented individuals to grow with us.
We specialize in manufacturing automotive chassis and body components, with headquarters in Korea and subsidiaries in Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.

Position & Responsibilities

 

[Chassis Quality Control – Number of Positions: TBD]

• Handle customer communications (HMMA, Kaga, HMGMA, Mobis, VW, SESE, etc.)
• Analyze and improve quality issues in in-house production processes
• Prepare and manage daily and periodic quality documentation
• Standardize quality documents and prepare/manage work instructions
• Respond to customer (VDA, new customers, etc.) and internal audits

Qualifications & Skills

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher (Entry-level positions: 0 openings)
• Up to 5 years of experience in a related industry (Experienced positions: 0 openings)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and local employees
• Responsibility for analyzing and responding to customer quality issues, improving processes, and managing customer VDA audits
• Basic understanding of quality management systems
• Knowledge of products and manufacturing processes
• Experience preparing and managing nonconformance data and quality indicators
• Ability to respond to internal and customer audits
