모집 분야 및 주요 업무

 

[도장 엔지니어 0명 모집]

·         도장 생산 라인의 안정적인 운영 및 관리 지원

·         도장 생산 라인의 돌발적인 고장 대응 실시, 도장 라인 고장율 분석 및 개선 실시

·         도장 생산 라인 전처리 공정관리, 전착 공정관리, 폐수처리 공정 관리

·         도장 생산 라인 운영을 위한 예비품 관리 및 재고 조사(전처리 약품, 전착 도료, 기계 설비 예비품등)

·         도장 생산 라인의 일상 점검/정기 점검 항목 점검/기록관리(AUDIT 대응포함)

·         도장 생산 라인 설비 운영(파워 앤 프리 컨베어 방식, 업 앤 다운 컨베어 방식)

자격 요건 및 필요 역량

 

·         동종 업계 6개월 이상 10년 이내 경력 보유자 (경력 0명)

·         윤리 의식, 현지인과 소통을 위한 기본적인 영어

·         업무에 대한 이해력, 관련 부서와의 협조력, 맡은 업무를 마무리 하는 책임감

·         기술적 전문지식, 기술적 우수성, 신기술에 대한 접근성

·         화학 기초: PH 농도 / 유리산도 / 유리 알칼리도 / 전산도 이해, 전처리 / 폐수처리 약품 종류 및 특성 이해

·         전착 도료 기초 : PASTE/RESIN/SOLVENT 특성 이해, UF / RO SYSTEM 특성 및 운영방법 이해

·         컨베어 시스템 이해 및 운영 능력, 각종 순환 펌프/모터 기본 구조 및 교체 방법 숙지

·         파워 앤 프리 컨베어 운영 지식, 업 앤 다운 컨베어 운영 지식, 체인 구동방법/테이크업 유니트 동작법 이해

[Hwashin America] Press Management Engineer

 

Hwashin America, a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is seeking talented individuals to grow with us.
We specialize in manufacturing automotive chassis and body components, with headquarters in Korea and subsidiaries in Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.

Position & Responsibilities

 

[Press Management Engineer – Number of Positions: TBD]

·         Support the stable operation and management of the painting production line

·         Respond to unexpected breakdowns and analyze failure rates for continuous improvement

·         Manage entire painting processes including pre-treatment, electro-deposition, and wastewater treatment

·         Manage spare parts inventory and conduct regular stock inspections
(including chemicals, electro-deposition paint, and mechanical equipment parts)

·         Conduct daily and periodic inspections of the production line, including documentation and audit response

·         Operate equipment such as Power & Free conveyor systems and Up & Down conveyors

Qualifications & Skills

 

·         Up to 6 months to 10 years of experience in a related industry (Experienced positions: 0 openings)

·         basic English communication skills with local staff

·         Understanding of assigned tasks, collaboration with related departments, strong sense of responsibility

·         Technical expertise, strong engineering skills, openness to new technologies

·         Basic chemistry: Understanding of pH control, organic acids, organic alkalis, conductivity, and properties of wastewater treatment chemicals

·         Paint process knowledge: Characteristics of paste/resin/solvent, understanding of UF and RO systems and their operation

·         Knowledge of conveyor system operation, pump/motor structure, and replacement

·         Familiarity with Power & Free and Up & Down conveyors, chain drive systems, and take-up unit operation principles
