Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute workforce supply strategies for the U.S. subsidiary.
• Plan medium- to long-term HR operational strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
• Propose and manage collaboration strategies with external recruitment platforms and headhunting firms.
• Design and improve HR systems related to recruitment, training, evaluation, and compensation.
• Facilitate HR communication and coordination with headquarters (Korea) and overseas subsidiaries.
• Ensure visa issuance, renewal, status management, and legal compliance for locally hired employees in the U.S.
• Establish, process, and manage visa strategies for Korean headquarters employees on business trips and long-term assignments in the U.S., including risk management.
• Monitor and respond to changes in visa-related laws and policies, collaborating with relevant departments and external legal advisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
• Proficient in both Korean and English (native-level English proficiency required).
• Preferred candidates will have experience in HR, recruitment, or HR planning within the U.S.
• Strong communication skills in a global and multicultural environment.
