Accounting Manager
Extreme Auto Transport – Nationwide Leader in Finished Vehicle Transportation

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Accounting Manager to help ensure accurate, compliant financial operations while serving as a key liaison with our Korea Headquarters.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Controller to oversee billing, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee toll invoice management, including payment, reconciliation, and compliance.
Manage general ledger (GL) coding, journal entries, and financial close processes.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end close tasks and prepare work files for CPA reviews.
Provide insights to streamline accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage the company’s month-end close and prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
Maintain fixed asset records for purchased and leased trucks and other assets.
Support the CFO with financial performance analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports for HQ.
Assist with annual business planning and budgeting.
Partner with the CFO to review and update financial policies, and lead system (SAP) and process improvement initiatives.
Support internal audits and mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

Korean Bilingual (required)
ERP: SAP Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a high-volume or logistics environment.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
100% on-site position at Duluth, GA office
Experience in vehicle logistics industry very helpful
Experience in working with transportation management systems helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
