모집 분야 및 주요 업무

 

[Production Management Specialist0명 모집]

·         생산 계획을 통한 재고 관리 및 설비 유지보수

·         생산 부하 분석, 현장 작업자 관리 및 생산 계획 수립 및 통제

·         설비 가동률, UPH, 불량률, 납기 준수율 등 생산 효율을 위한 성과 지표 관리

·         생산 관리 시스템(ERP, MES 등) 운영

자격 요건 및 필요 역량

 

•    대졸 학사 이상 (신입 0명)

·         동종 업계 3년 이내 경력 보유자 (경력 0명)
직무에 대한 이해, 타 부서와의 원활한 협업 능력, 강한 책임감

·         성과 지표 관리, 인력 관리, 고객 대응에 대한 지식

·         입고부터 출하까지 전반적인 물류 흐름에 대한 이해

·         생산 현장에서의 문제 해결 능력 및 관련 문서 작성 능력

·         생산 계획, 생산성, 수율 및 제조 원가 분석 능력

[Hwashin America] Production Management Specialist

 

Hwashin America, a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is seeking talented individuals to grow with us.
We specialize in manufacturing automotive chassis and body components, with headquarters in Korea and subsidiaries in Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.

Position & Responsibilities

 

[Production Management Specialist – Number of Positions: TBD]

•       Inventory Management and Maintenance through production planning

•       Production load and Analysis, on-site worker management, and production planning & control

•       Performance Indicator Management for Production Efficiency, including equipment utilization rate, UPH, defect rate, and on-time delivery rate

•       Operation of Production Management Systems (ERP, MES, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills

 

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher (Entry-level positions: 0 openings)

·         Up to 3 years of experience in a related industry (Experienced positions: 0 openings)

·         Understanding of Job responsibilities, ability to maintain effective relationships with other Departments, and a strong sense of Responsibility

·         Knowledge of Performance Indicator Management, Workforce Management and Customer relations

·         Understanding of the process from inbound to outbound shipments

·         Problem-Solving in the Production site and Related Documentation

·         Analysis of Production Planning, Productivity, Yield, and Manufacturing Costs
