1. Position: Business & Corporate Development at Strategic Planning Part

1) Market Research & Analysis
– Analyze industry trends and market conditions in the U.S., including future trends, internal and external environmental factors, value chains, and analysis of customers, competitors, and suppliers (both in existing and new business areas).

2) Strategy Development (Portfolio, Individual Businesses)
– Develop sales strategies and plans to revitalize existing businesses.
– Formulate strategies to improve the structure, enhance capabilities, and maximize internal and external synergies in existing businesses (both organic and inorganic growth).
– Identify new business opportunities and develop entry strategies.
– Investment Opportunity Identification and Execution

3) Identify deal targets for M&A, JV, and seed investments.
– Analyze potential effects, including valuation, feasibility, and synergy assessments.
– Develop action plans, such as tapping strategies, and collaborate with and support related affiliates.
– Execute the investment process, including target contact, negotiation, and contract signing.

4) Business Operations and Management
– Develop and implement plans to maximize business operation efficiency.
– Manage assets, including working capital and fixed assets.
– Manage human resources and develop organizational capabilities in alignment with business strategy.

2. Required Experience and Qualifications

Over 7 Years of Experience in Strategic Consulting Firm
– Extensive experience in strategic consulting projects (experience as a Project Manager is preferred).
– Required Skills: Commercial Due Diligence and basic financial accounting/valuation capabilities.
– Position upon joining: Manager or upper level of manager
