포지션 개요

현장 중심으로 반도체 장비 설치, 유지보수 및 기술 지원을 담당할 필드 서비스 엔지니어를 모집합니다. 한국어와 영어가 모두 가능하며, 반도체 산업에서 전문성을 키우고 싶은 분께 적합한 포지션입니다.

주요 업무

• 반도체 장비 매뉴얼, 회로도, 배선도 등을 해석하고 유지보수 업무에 적용

• 현장에서 장비 설치, 점검, 유지보수 및 문제 해결 수행

• 고객 피드백 및 서비스 요청을 분석하고, 선제적 솔루션 제공

• 장비 운영 데이터를 분석하여 효율성 개선 및 최적화

• 고객사 엔지니어 및 기술직원 대상 장비 교육 진행

• 기술 지원 활동 및 진행 상황 보고서 작성

• 16kg(35파운드) 이상의 장비 이동 가능 및 가파른 계단 이동 가능

• 필요 시 연장/주말 근무 가능

자격 요건

• 공학 관련 전공(전자, 기계 등) 전문학사 이상 학위 또는 3년 이상 관련 경력

• 한국어 및 영어 능통 (말하기/읽기/쓰기)

• 반도체 산업 경력 우대

• 문제 해결 능력 및 기술적 사고 보유

• 미국 내 취업 자격 보유 필수

Semiconductor Field Service Engineer (Bilingual – Korean/English)

They provide advanced tools and technical solutions across cleaning, photo track, and etching processes. This role offers the opportunity to grow as a technical expert while contributing to the advancement of the semiconductor industry.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Field Service Engineer to support equipment operations at a semiconductor manufacturing site in Malta, NY. This position is well-suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and eager to develop their careers in the semiconductor industry. The role involves hands-on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical training while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply equipment manuals, procedures, schematics, and wiring diagrams in support and maintenance activities.

• Perform field service, installation, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment using professional knowledge of electronics, test instruments, and tools.

• Analyze customer feedback and service requests, delivering proactive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Review and interpret operational data from installed equipment to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system efficiency.

• Provide technical training to customer engineering and technical staff for proper equipment use and maintenance.

• Prepare technical support performance and progress reports.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and navigate steep stairs. May require overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related field); OR 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (oral and written).

• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
