Open Positions

Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

• Operate and manage enterprise security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, etc.)

• Monitor and respond to security incidents

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and privilege management

• Ensure compliance with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001

OT Security Operations Specialist

• Secure and monitor OT systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, DCS)

• Install and manage OT security technologies

• Operate under ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP standards

OA Operations Specialist

• Manage IT and office systems (PCs, printers, conferencing devices)

• Provide user and help desk support

• Maintain IT asset and software license compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience in IT/OT security or OA operations a plus

• Strong English communication skills

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GICSP, ITIL, Microsoft

Featured Role – OA Operations Specialist (GA)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain office hardware (PCs, printers, conferencing devices)

• Administer business applications and software licenses

• Provide responsive user support and onboarding assistance

• Enforce OA security policies and access controls

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher (IT-related preferred)

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or OA operations (entry-level considered)

• Proficiency in Windows OS, hardware/software management, and basic networking

• Preferred: Active Directory, SCCM, NAC; Bilingual (Korean/English)
