Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist

Location: Suwanee / Johns Creek Area
Practice: Align Orthodontics & Sprout Pediatric Dentistry

About Us

Join our growing pediatric dentistry and orthodontic office! At Align Orthodontics & Sprout Pediatric Dentistry, this position is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive dental team. We are committed to providing high-quality dental care and outstanding customer service, and our Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist will play a key role in delivering that experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Present treatment plans and financial agreements

• Verify insurance coverage 

• Follow up on outstanding balances

• Assist with general front office duties as needed

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent patient care and organizational skills

• Knowledge of dentistry and dental insurance is preferred (but not required)
