■ 채용분야 :
–Quality Engineer

■ 직무내용 :
– Communicate with customers in an effective manner.
– Analyze problems, document, and report findings.
– Understand and follow APQP and PPAP requirements.
– Utilize Global Quality Tracking System (GQTS).
– Participate in investigation and analyze root causes when quality defects occur.
– Report quality issues to the management, Kwangjin Korea, and suppliers.
– Participate in Fast Response Meeting.
– Monitor production processes daily and report findings to a Quality Manager.
– Train Floating Line Leaders with rework and scrap processes.
– Generate work instructions for sorting and rework operations.
– Ensure all sorting activities are done per work instructions and keep records.
– Ensure Q-charts are up to date with accurate information.
– Manage and control master samples.
– Participate in product audits, manufacturing audits, and layered process audits.
– Participate in improvement and implementation plans.
– Support 4M changes, engineering order changes, and perform feasibility study.
– Follow up on customer requirements such as VDA6.3, BIQS, IATF16949, etc.
– Manage and supervise Quality Technicians:
– Workload distribution, approve overtime, and paid time off, etc.
– Keep in contact with customers’ plants and follow up on customer concerns, complaints, and/or requests.
– Check salvage stocks for cause of problems and return part to KJA (if root cause cannot be determined immediately).

■ 근무형태 : Full-Time(On-site)
■ 급여 : $60K/year
