Position: Product Manager/ Business Coordinator
Are you passionate about bringing new ideas to life? We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager/ Business Cordinator to be the main point of contact for our innovative ventures. Elevate Architectural Products is a new subsidiary of a larger group, Eastern Companies. You'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the roll out of new processes, ensuring smooth operations from inception to execution. Reports directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination: Drive initiatives forward by overseeing timelines, tasks, and milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
2. Meeting Preparation and Coordination: Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling appointments, and organizing resources, enabling efficient decision-making.
3. Order Management: Handle financial transactions such as preparing Purchase Orders to manufacturers, generating quotes for clients, and managing invoices for orders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
4. Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating sample shipments, and overseeing order details, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
5. Client Relationships: Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, scheduling meetings, filtering information, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As the Product Manager/ Business Coordinator, you will work closely with our COO to define the trajectory of our projects and streamline operational processes. Your role will encompass a blend of project coordination, administrative duties, and client interaction.
Time Allocation:
· Project Management: 30%
· Meeting Preparation and Coordination: 15%
· Order Management: 15%:
· Administrative Support: 25%
· Client Relationship Management: 25%
Requirements:
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
· Previous experience in a startup environment or similar role is a plus.
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
