1. Warehouse Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Schedule E: Monday ~ Friday Shift (8am ~ 5pm)

• Receive and execute daily work assignments as directed by the supervisor
• Accurately update the system with incoming freight, order processing, and shipment details
• Manage customer order entry and ensure timely daily order processing
• Verify outbound shipments for quantity and item accuracy; report discrepancies or issues
• Oversee daily order flow and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse staff as needed
• Collaborate with internal team members and temporary staff to support customer accounts and operational goals
• Provide daily status reports on shipped and on-hold orders
• Ensure timely and clear communication with team members and customers

2. Raw Materials Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Schedule E: Monday ~ Friday Shift (8am ~ 5pm)

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

3. Finished Goods Admin

What You’ll Do

• Schedule B: Thur ~ Sun & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)

• Manage receipt, storage, order picking, and shipment (STO/DO) of finished goods from QCELL production lines to external warehouses and customer warehouses.

• Use inventory management systems (SAP, WMS) to track finished goods stock levels daily and ensure accurate inventory records by location and Lot ID.

• Conduct daily audits of packing materials and storage spaces to meet outbound shipment requirements and maintain organized stock.

• Inspect finished goods for quality compliance prior to shipment and manage repacking processes in collaboration with QCELL’s QC or Production teams when defects are identified.

• Plan and report daily on outbound shipment schedules by destination, providing timely updates to customers and QCELL.

• Train and oversee staff on the use of SAP and WMS systems related to warehouse operations.

• Perform a monthly inventory count and report results, reconciling any discrepancies.

• Manage equipment and tools needed for warehouse operations and ensure all items are properly maintained.

• Handle re-entry of finished goods into inventory at customer request, updating the system and tracking these goods.

• Supervise attendance and work schedules of onsite staff involved in inbound and outbound goods processing.

• Enforce and adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
