Lead Bartender

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area

Recommend beverages and engage with guests to enhance their experience

Operate POS systems and handle payments responsibly

Lead and support other bartenders during shifts as needed


Qualifications:

3+ years of bartending experience preferred

Must be 21 years of age or older

Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality

Strong leadership and communication skills

Availability to work weekends and holidays required
