둘루스에 위치한 한국 병원에서 Patient Care Associate를 찾고 있습니다. 

주요 업무는 아래와 같으며 Medical background는 필요하지 않습니다. 나이에 상관없이(학생가능) 한국어로 소통에 문제가 없고 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용이 가능하면 지원가능합니다. 메디컬 백그라운드가 필요한 일이 아니며 환자와 통화와 Admin 작업이 주 업무입니다. 풀타임 또는 주3일 이상 근무가능자를 찾으며 스케쥴 조정가능합니다.

• 환자소통 및 교육
• 팀워크 및 지원업무

자격요건:

• 한국어 및 영어가능자 (한국어 필수, 영어우대)
• MS Office 및 EMR 경험자우대
• Medical background 우대 (없어도지원가능)
• 트레이닝 제공

근무조건:

• 근무형태: 풀타임 / 파트타임
• 근무시간: 월~금, 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Main Responsibilities:

• The Patient Care Team is responsible for managing the Remore Patients Monitoring programs at our clinic. This team plays a vital role in supporting primary care providers and ensuring quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Enrollment & Coordination
• Identify eligible patients and educate them about the RPM, CCM, and APCM programs
• Handle patient enrollment, updates, and tracking within the EMR
• Document reasons for patient refusal and assist with re-engagement efforts
• Health Data Management & Monitoring
• Record and maintain vital signs and clinical data in the EMR
• Review and interpret data from home monitoring devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors)
• Follow up with patients regularly, especially when abnormal values are detected
• Patient Communication & Education
• Deliver physician instructions and health education to patients
• Train patients on how to use monitoring equipment and log their health data
• Communicate via phone calls, text- messages, and emails as needed
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with front office staff, mid-level providers (NPs/PAs), and physicians
• Relay updates and patient requests to providers in a timely manner
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and prescription refill requests
• Additional Support Duties
• Conduct pre-visit and post-visit patient check-ins as needed
• Address patient concerns or complaints and escalate when appropriate
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews for each program

Qualifications:

• Korean is must. Bilingual (English + Korean) preffered. 
• Proficiency in MS office and EMR
• Medical Background are preferred but not required (Training will be provided)

Work Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
