Seeking an Office Administrator for the corporate headquarters of UNI Worldwide Financial Marketing, located in Duluth, GA.
In this role the candidate will be supporting the management team in the day-to-day office operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Managing office activities: Overseeing all office activities and ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures
• Maintaining office supplies: Maintaining inventory levels and ordering new supplies when needed
• Providing administrative support: Providing staff with administrative support, such as processing invoices, and organizing files
• Handling correspondence: Handling phone calls and related correspondence
• Scheduling events: Booking conventions and scheduling events
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Employment:  Permanent or Temporary
Hours:  9:30AM – 6:30PM (Full/Part-time)
Salary:  Will be decided upon candidate’s experiences
