Position Levels

1️⃣ Senior Accountant (Sr. Specialist 1–2)

• Required: Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing experience

• Preferred:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience

  • SAP experience

2️⃣ Accounting Specialist (Specialist 1–2)

 

• Required: None

• Preferred: Accounting experience, SAP experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Preparation of financial statements and internal reports

• Accounting document approval and evidence management

• Management of fixed assets, inventory, A/R and A/P

• Budget control and expense management

• Support for internal and external audits

• General accounting and tax-related support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field

• Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting experience in manufacturing or engineering services

• ERP (SAP) experience

• CPA, CTA, or similar certifications (or in progress)

• K-SOX / US-SOX experience

• Corporate income tax and sales tax experience
