Property Renovation 전문 회사에서 함께 일하실 사무직 2 명 구합니다.
영어를 잘 구사해야 하지만, 한국말이 영어보다 편하신 분들도 괜찮습니다. (단 영어로 고객과 의사소통에 문제가 없어야 합니다)

현재 2 Open Positions 은 아래와 같습니다.

1. Sales/Marketing Coordinator

- Facilitate effective communication with property managers through written and verbal correspondence in English.
- Liaise with Korean sub-contractors to coordinate daily tasks.
- Support Sales Manager by compiling Excel quotations for customer orders.
- Accurately input data into order sheets.
- Oversee website and social media channels.

2. Billing Coordinator

- Produce invoices and input purchase orders with precision.
- Efficiently manage customer payments.
- Communicate with customers regarding accounts receivable payments through written or verbal correspondence in English or Korean.
- Coordinate with Korean sub-contractors regarding services and billing matters.


윈도우, One Drive, Google Drive 등  전반적인 컴퓨터 쪽 잘 아시는 분 특별히 우대합니다.
엑셀을 사용할 줄 아시는 분 원합니다. 퀵북 사용 경험자 우대합니다.
근무시간은 9시부터 6시까지 입니다. (점심제공)
경력이 없더라도, 배우고자 하는 성실한 자세가 있는 젊고 패기있는 신입사원들도 많이 지원바랍니다.
