■ 직무명 : Retail Store Manager



■ 업무내용 :
  – 1. Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
  – 2. Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and loss prevention.
  – 3. Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
  – 4. Supervise daily store operations and manage staff schedules.
  – 5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
  – 6. Plan and execute store promotions and marketing events.
  – 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  – 8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  – 9. Communicate effectively in Korean and English with staff and customers. Spanish is a plus.



■ 자격요건 :
  – Bachelor’s degree
  – Previous retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty industry.
  – Strong leadership and team management skills.
  – Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  – Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth.
  – Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
  – Spanish skills are a plus.



■ 연봉 : $65K~$75K/year
■ 근무형태 : Full-Time(On-site)
