We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise optimization projects within our team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  Project Planning:
    ▪ Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the Director of Strategy.
    ▪ Contribute to resource allocation analysis and scheduling to ensure efficient project execution.
    ▪ Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create comprehensive project documentation.
  Project Execution:
    ▪ Support coordinating project activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.
    ▪ Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely solutions.
    ▪ Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
  Team Collaboration:
    ▪ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
    ▪ Coordinate and schedule team meetings, documenting key discussions, action items, and decisions.
    ▪ Assist in creating a culture of accountability and commitment to project goals.
  Stakeholder Management:
    ▪ Engage with departmental stakeholders to understand their expectations and communicate project updates.
    ▪ Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  Quality Assurance:
    ▪ Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
    ▪ Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  Documentation and Reporting:
    ▪ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
    ▪ Assist in preparing regular project status reports for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS

  ▪ 2 or more years of project management experience.
  ▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred.
  ▪ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  ▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  ▪ Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  ▪ Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
