1. Teller- Duluth, GA

 

[Job Overview]

Responsible for servicing customers with routine financial transactions such as handling deposits and withdrawals in an accurate and timely manner. Keeps records of money involved in all financial transactions handled and reconcile cash drawers.

 

[Essential Duties]

  • Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements.
  • Assist customers with general account questions
  • Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions, issuing computer generated receipts
  • Counts incoming cash
  • Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift

[Requirements/Qualifications]

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cash handling experience or 1+ years’ customer service in lieu of cash handling.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team-player
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays
  • Must be fluent in English and bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred 

 

2. Customer Service Representative (CSR)- Johns Creek, GA


[Job Overview]

Responsible for opening new accounts and supporting the bank’s goals through good customer service, maintain

quality relations with existing accounts, and resolving any issues for existing customers.

 

[Essential Duties]

 

  • Greet customers, answer phone and resolve problems in person and over the phone
  • Applies knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner
  • Build/maintain quality relations with customers and increase the account volume on a consistent basis
  • Open, Close, and Maintain Customer Accounts
  • Review daily reports (NSF, Non-post, Stop payment, CD, Holds, etc.)
  • Perform incoming and outgoing wire transfers
  • Cross-selling products and services
  • Monthly reconciliation (Happy Savings Account ACH Payment)
  • Back-up teller as needed

[Requirements/Qualifications]

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience and previous teller experience is a must
  • Product knowledge
  • Bank regulation knowledge
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team-player/Self-motivated/Detail oriented
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays
  • Must be fluent in English and bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred

3. Service Manager- Sugarloaf, GA

 

[Job Overview]

The Service Manager position assists the Branch Manager with the overall day-to-day operations of the deposit area of the bank and customer account service activity at the branch; develop customer relationships through service and assist branch to develop new deposit relationships. The position should provide effective leadership and management of continuous improvement disciplines for all applicable products and services supporting processes and procedures which will provide. This position also is responsible for containing deposit, check, and ATM/debit fraud through the use of automation and monitoring programs.

 

[Essential Duties]

  • Works closely with the branch manager to develop and drive commitments and behaviors
  • Building relationships with consumer and business customers
  • Achieving operational excellence at all times
  • Maintain thorough and current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Serve as the liaison between the branch and various departments
  • Assists in resolving customer problems beyond the supervisory level in all operational areas

[Requirements/Qualifications]

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years banking experience with Previous teller experience
  • Product knowledge
  • Bank regulation knowledge
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team-player / Self-motivated / Detail oriented
  • Must be fluent in English and bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred
