SUMMARY:

The Production & Logistics Support role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. This role is primarily responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, managing warehouse inventory, coordinating raw material deliveries to the production lines, and communicating with vendors to resolve delivery issues. The position also requires operating forklifts and supporting overall material flow to maintain efficient production operations and inventory accuracy.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

·        Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods in a safe and efficient manner.

·        Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming raw materials against packing slips and purchase orders.

·        Label and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory rotation.

·        Prepare and deliver materials to production areas according to daily production schedules.

·        Monitor and report inventory discrepancies, material damages, or shortages to the Production Manager.

·        Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and participate in routine physical inventory counts.

·        Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and work areas.

·        Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures during material handling.

·        Communicate with material suppliers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues as needed.

·        Collaborate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        High school diploma or equivalent required.

·        Forklift certification and hands-on forklift operation experience required.

·        1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing support preferred.

·        Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

·        Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

·        Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
