■ 근무지 :
– Bannockburn, IL.

■ 직무명 : HR Supervisor

■ 업무내용 :
1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to company executives.
3. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
4. Maintain proper records of employee attendance, timecard approvals, and leaves.
5. Lead and manage recruitment of potential applicants and relations with HR vendors.
6. Manage bi-weekly payroll, deductions/reimbursements, and bonus payouts.
7. Maintain employee satisfaction by establishing employee/employer relations.
8. Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits (401(k) and health, STD/LTD, life insurance), programs (Tuition Reimbursement), and education.

■ 자격요건 :
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with biweekly domestic and international payroll
– Knowledge of legality/compliance in multi-state and international operations for employer
– Experience with processing biweekly payroll with Paylocity and Blue Marble
– Experience managing employee benefits; 401(k) knowledge; Health insurance/HSA knowledge, PTO policies and best practice, etc.

■ 연봉 : $75K~$80K/year (based on experience)
