Job Title: Business System Analyst

Contract Duration: 1+ Year

Job Summary

The Business System Analyst will work closely with business and IT teams to analyze and improve business processes. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure business requirements are aligned with system capabilities and operational efficiency. Occasional overtime may be required based on urgent business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage requests from various departments for business process improvements and IT system enhancements

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and operational pain points

Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and system effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business and system alignment

Translate business needs into functional and system requirements

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution

Manage project plans, timelines, and associated risks

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, business innovation, or IT-related roles

Experience or familiarity with JavaScript and ServiceNow operations and development preferred

Experience or familiarity with Oracle and SQL preferred

Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
