Office Assistant – Operation
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

같이 일하시는 분이 영어만 가능하신분이라 기본적인 영어와 한국말로 대화가 가능하셔야되며 간단한 엑셀/워드/이메일등을 사용실수 알아야합니다. 모든 업무는 트레이닝을 통해 배우실 수 있으시며, 학습 능력과 새로운 환경에 빠른 적응 하실 수 있으신 분이면 경험 상관없이 지원 가능합니다.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft office skills: words/excel/outlook/others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic written and verbal communication and social skills
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Construction office assistants provide customer service and support to the project team, as well as other vendors and subcontractors
- Data entry and reporting
- Assist the processing estimate and other departmental paperwork
- Tracking department certifications and other administrative duties as assigned
- May perform general administrative support for a project
Office HR:
- Mon-Friday 9:00-6:00 (with Lunch break)
