Position: Business Coordinator / Product Support Manager
Are you energized by new ideas and eager to help build some thing from the ground up? We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Business Coordinator to join our fast-growing team at Elevate Architectural Products, a new division under Eastern Glass and Aluminum.
You will play a key role supporting the Business Operations Manager in launching new products, organizing operational processes, and driving key initiatives forward.
This is a highly collaborative position that requires someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats. As a small startup team, we pitch in wherever needed—and that flexibility creates real opportunities for growth and leadership as we scale.
Title:
* Product Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Office Work Hours: 8am-5pm/ M-F
· Project Coordination: Help keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, coordinating across teams, and making sure tasks are moving forward.
· Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Assist with preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, and ensuring notes and action items are captured and followed through.
· Order Management: Support tasks like generating purchase orders, organizing quotes, tracking invoices, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and clients.
· Administrative & Logistics Support: Manage daily logistics, including sample shipments, email coordination, and recordkeeping with attention to detail and efficiency.
· Client & Vendor Support: Help facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams—providing strong support while representing our brand professionally.
Role Summary: You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager and take ownership of a wide range of startup coordination and product support activities. Time Allocation (Estimated):
· Project Coordination – 30%
· Meeting Preparation and Coordination – 15%
· Order Management – 15%
· Administrative Support – 25%
· Client/Vendor Communication – 15%
Qualifications:
· Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred, but not required
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication and follow-through
· Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Prior startup experience or exposure to business operations a plus
Compensation:
Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
Benefits:
· Up to 85% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days
· 401(k) with 100% company match up to 5% (3-year vesting), after 90 days
· 8 paid holidays, 3 paid sick days
· 80 hours of PTO accrued annually
