모집 분야 및 주요 업무

 

[Body 품질 관리 0명 모집]

• 품질 검사 및 제품 치수 관리
• 사내 생산 공정 중 품질 문제 분석 및 개선 활동 수행
• 일일 및 정기 품질 문서 작성 및 관리
• 품질 문서 표준화 및 작업 지시서 작성/관리
• 고객사(VDA, 신규 고객 등) 및 내부 감사 대응

 

자격 요건 및 필요 역량

 

• 대졸 공학 학사 이상 (신입 0명)

• 동종 업계 5년 이내 경력 보유자 (경력 0명)
• 윤리의식 보유 및 고객·현지 직원과의 원활한 영어 소통 능력
• 업무에 대한 이해력, 관련 부서와의 협조력, 맡은 업무를 마무리 하는 책임감
• 품질관리 시스템에 대한 기본 이해
• 측정기 측정 방법 이해, 문제 원인 분석 및 개선 능력
• 검사 프로세스 및 다양한 품질 검증 시험 (Destruct Test, RSWA Test, etc.)에 대한 지식
• 생상 공정에 대한 기본적인 이해

[Hwashin America] Body Quality Control Recruitment

 

Hwashin America, a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is seeking talented individuals to grow with us.
We specialize in manufacturing automotive chassis and body components, with headquarters in Korea and subsidiaries in Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.
We welcome applicants who wish to build their careers in the United States and achieve continuous growth.

Position & Responsibilities

 

[Body Quality Control – Number of Positions: TBD]

• Perform quality inspections and manage product dimensions
• Analyze and improve quality issues in in-house production processes
• Prepare and manage daily and periodic quality documentation
• Standardize quality documents and prepare/manage work instructions
• Respond to customer (VDA, new customers, etc.) and internal audits

Qualifications & Skills

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher (Entry-level positions: 0 openings)
• Up to 5 years of experience in a related industry (Experienced positions: 0 openings)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and local employees
• Strong understanding of work requirements, excellent collaboration skills, and responsibility for completing assigned tasks
• Basic understanding of quality management systems
• Knowledge of measurement using measuring instruments, with the ability to analyze problems and implement improvements
• Understanding of inspection processes and various quality verification tests (Destruct Test, RSWA Test, etc.)
• Basic understanding of production processes
