Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Mountain View, CA

Requirements:

• Fluent in Korean and English

• Experience in enterprise computing and understanding of workplace culture

• Able to prepare reports and present findings

• Create regular reports and share results with stakeholders

• Identify issues, analyze causes, and communicate solutions clearly

• Experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS

Job Description:

• Handle urgent and complex computing issues and coordinate solutions with other groups

• Serve as main contact for requests and incidents

• Improve processes to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication

• Prepare data and reports regularly and as needed

• Monitor communication channels such as Slack and email

• Review requests and approvals for purchases

• Gather and review feedback to enhance processes and services

• Provide high-level support for executives and staff

• Support operations between support staff and network specialists

• Maintain computing tools and devices

• Participate in on-call rotation as operations lead
