We’re growing quickly and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team and focus on delivering exceptional tax services.

Duties

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
• Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial statement preparation and account reconciliation.
• Analyze financial reports to interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients to develop financial plans that align with their goals while adhering to securities law regulations.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting tasks to support accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and financial concepts that may impact clients.
• Conduct thorough tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Handle complex tax situations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted tax advisor

Requirements

• Active CPA license (or in final stages of obtaining)
• 3+ years of recent experience in tax preparation and planning (public accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax codes
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., UltraTax, Lacerte, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Biligual (Korean/English) - preferred
