Hello! We are looking for part/full-time office staff to help with daily operations, such as data-entry, answering phones, emails, and helping clients. Someone who is flexible, open-minded, and can multi-task. Applicants must be willing to learn and train.

Duties:
• Office Assistant, Data Entry, Filing.
• Update trackers and upload files to respective folders.
• Sending and responding to emails + phone calls.
• Keeping track of appointments + schedules.
• Be able to perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

Skills:
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Must have good time management and be able to take initiative and be productive.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Korean (preferred)

Location - Duluth
Hours - Mon – Fri
Full Time: 9-4
Part Time 9-3
