Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Participate in the preparation of the annual plan, budgeting, and monthly forecasting
•  Participate in construction planning, logistics, and operations from a financial aspect
•  Support the General Manager's work

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

•  Outstanding communication, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment to deal with ambiguity
•  Ability to work efficiently and independently.

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office
•  Quickbook user preferred


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school with 1 year of relevant experience
English-Korean bilingual
legally permitted to work in the U.S
