콘텐츠 작업 : 제품설명 콘텐츠, 제품가격, 제품사진 및 웹사이트 내용 업로드 및 업데이트 작업
                      (SEO 규정에 맞춰서 작업)
주문처리 : Order processing 처리 업무(From order confirmation to shipping out)
고객상담 : 주문처리 과정에서 발생하는 고객상담 및 처리업무
제품 이미지/사진 작업 업무 : Adobe Photoshop 사용 가능자
웹 배너, 광고 및 기타 미디어 제작 업무 : Adobe Creative Suite 사용 가능자
마케팅 플래닝 업무 1 : Sales Growth를 위한 전략수립 및 실행
마케팅 플래닝 업무 2 : 마켓확장 및 SNS/Blog/Community 활성화 계획 및 실행
마케팅 플래닝 업무 3 : 유/무료광고 툴(Google Analytics/360, Facebook/Instagram/Youtube AD Tool,etc.)을 이용한 마켓 분석 및 마케팅 전략수립 및 실행

----- Job Description -----

- As an E-Commerce leader, you will be responsible for planning & executing marketing strategies for our e-commerce website and implementing marketing ideas to our platform. You will manage/operate the product contents, images, banners, promotions & events for our website, and lead our e-commerce team to develop our website and eventually contribute to our company’s sales growth.

- As an E-Commerce assistant, you will be responsible for identifying/selecting/updating our in-stock products for sale online through our e-commerce platform. You’ll thoroughly manage and figure out our products in stock, search/select clear product images, and document product descriptions necessary to maximize e-commerce sales according to our website SEO & marketing strategies.
 
  You’ll also:
- As an E-Commerce leader, you will be responsible for planning & executing marketing strategies for our e-commerce website and implementing marketing ideas to our platform. - As an E-Commerce assistant, you will be responsible for identifying/selecting/updating our in-stock products for sale online through our e-commerce platform. You’ll thoroughly manage and figure out our products in stock, search/select clear product images, and document product descriptions necessary to maximize e-commerce sales according to our website SEO & marketing strategies.

- Update/modify product/price/product images/descriptions information and the relevant contents listings
- Prepare detailed written descriptions of our products, identify and document product information, and manage other pertinent categories/attributes/criteria to be accurately described on our website platform
- Search/Photograph all the product images selected for online sale; ensure all photos are clear and visible for online listings, and photoshop/retouch product images as needed for optimization. (Adobe photoshop skill set is required)
- Responsible for all the media creation displayed on our website: Produce/visualize web banners, advertising, and the related media format creation (Adobe Illustrator skillset is required)
- List all the saleable products and maintain product listing documentation as needed
- Assist order processing for online orders as needed
- Responsible for fulfillment of customer service with email or phone call
- Responsible for the stock management and updating products quantity information continuously

- Know about digital marketing planning
- Responsible for a variety of marketing strategies and execution with a proper timeline.
- Responsible for market expansion and planning for developing SNS/Blog/Other community channels
- Marketing planning 3: Responsible for market analyzing, establishing/executing marketing strategies by fully utilizing paid advertisement tools(Google Analytics/360, Facebook/Instagram/Youtube AD Tools, etc.)
- Identify/research competitive items in other public markets for sale in our e-commerce platform

- Have a commercial level of knowledge for the Magento 2 Platform, or familiarity with other e-commerce related platform
- Assist and shares knowledge and information with our e-commerce team, management team, and other employees as needed
- Comply with our company’s RMS Standardization process(Retail Management System) and our company’s safety and security policies and procedures
- Assist with shipping process for online order products as needed

- Full or part-time positions are available
- Probation period: 3 months
- Monday ~ Friday
- 9:00am ~ 6:00pm
- Lunchtime: 1 hour
- Salary will be discussed upon interview
- Paid vacations after 1 year
- 3% matching 401(K) after 3 years
