한 가족이 된 마음으로 Kennedy Access Group에서 invoicing과 Account Receivable의 분야에서 책임지고 업무를 감당해 주실 성실한 Account Receivable을 모십니다.

Position Offered:
Accounts Receivable

Employment Type:
Part-time (20 Hrs./Wk.) or Full-time (40 Hrs./Wk.)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Prepare and send invoices to customers or agents
Contact customers or agents as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
Work collaboratively with other department staffs
Generate and deliver invoices and account statements

Qualifications:
0-5 years experience for entry-level positions
Bilingual in Korean and English
Microsoft Office Skills
Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle interactions with clients
