Job Summary:
The individual will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Team by planning and performing
general accounting operations to ensure that all accounts are accurate.

Functions/Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation
- ACH deposits and credits
- Spending planning and forecasting
- Manage accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Payroll functions: data collection, deductions, time keeping, assists HR with PTO management, related payroll taxes
- Monthly Closing duties using SAP
- Validation of employee insurance claims
- Use tax Reporting
- Employee Expenses and Fringe benefits management
- Performs other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Competencies:
- Ability to move around the manufacturing facilities and offices.
- Ability to communicate with staff, vendors, and customers, in person, via email, and on the telephone.
- Visual acuity necessary to perform quality inspections.
- Ability to play close attention to detail.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment to ensure that all tactics are completed in a consistent and
    cohesive manner and suppor  the team’s direction

Required Skills:
- Must be bilingual (Korean/English)
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Able to adapt and assimilate to other cultures
- Proficient in use of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other relatable field
