Position: Architectural Marketing Specialist
Full-Time preferred or Part-Time also available
Position Responsibilities
o Manage building project database of general information and photography
o Manage architectural firm and architect contact database and profiles, utilizing service platforms to identify target contacts.
o Execute digital and direct phone contact campaign with targeted architects to promote relevant content and programs.
o Submit “Product Substitution Requests” to architects for targeted project segments and interact with architects
o Conduct activities which support the goal of increasing brand awareness with architects and increasing the specification rate of the company’s products.
Required Experience and Skills
o Business writing, MS PowerPoint presentation development, MS Excel knowledge
o Basic photography and photo touch-up
o Good verbal & written communication
Other Non-Required but Desirable Experience
o Knowledge of architectural design or building products
o Ability to read architectural drawings
Working conditions
o Work days(Full Time) : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)
o Salary
- Negotiable/Based on experience
- During 90 days probation period pays 70% of the salary
o Benefits (Full Time)
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
- 401K (4% company contribution)
- Paid holidays and time off
