We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
As a Customer Support Engineer at LG Solution Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical assistance and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our automation systems and offering effective solutions to address any technical challenges that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their automation requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Conduct on-site visits to install, configure, and troubleshoot automation hardware and software.
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Collaborate with our R&D team to develop and implement enhancements to automation technologies.
Provide training sessions to clients on the operation and maintenance of our automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client feedback and continuously improve our products and services.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for electro-mechanical systems.
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and mechanical systems is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site support (approximately 25% travel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented approach to documenting technical solutions and customer interactions.
