We are currently seeking a qualified and capable individual to join our team at HANA AMERICA in the role of Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job specifications.
Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards.
Conducting interviews and screening candidates for open positions.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
Conducting background checks through databases.
Administering drug tests before assigning personnel to clients.
Managing the entire interview, selection, and closing process.
Qualifications:
Ability to conduct various types of interviews.
Knowledge of HR systems, including online recruiting platforms.
Strong communication skills (Fluency in English and Korean preferred).
Excellent decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Expertise in evaluating employment factors such as education, skills, experience, knowledge, and abilities.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience (HR experienced individuals and homemakers are also encouraged to apply).
Benefits:
Commensurate with experience (Starting from $50,000).

5-day work a week.
