JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Logistics Administrator manages all logistics-related duties, including documents processing. Documentations include but are not limited to shipment invoices, sales order invoices, bill of ladings, return material authorization, and operation schedules & lead times. They will be assisting the logistics team’s operation, managing, and arranging logistics aspects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inventory and Transportation coordination.
• Invoices: Rigorous data entry job takes a high level of organization, precision, and time.
• Utilize and manipulate spreadsheets and databases to display and analyze company data.
• Delivery management: Inbound and outbound delivery management for shipments.
• Customer services: Assist customers such as file requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Preferred 1+ years experience in the logistics field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Bi-lingual (Kor/Eng) preferred.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, . . .);
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, and ERP preferred.
• Must be able to effectively organize, prepare, and present data and reports to all levels of management.
• Must be able to handle new tasks assigned to the administrator’s job level.
• Customer service orientated approach to handling all aspects of the job. Honesty and professionalism are vital.
