Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our company as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you will receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner and process returns. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment, strong data entry and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive orders via portal, email, and fax, and create sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Review and resolve orders that has not been confirmed
• Payment process for Cash in Advance orders
• Create Delivery Order
• Provide ETD to customers for their orders
• Process Return and claim orders
• Monitor orders were shipped successfully from previous day
• Proactively communicate with Logistics Team for delivery issues
• Proactively communicate with Replenishment and Supply team for potential inventory issues
• Report Daily Order Processing Results to Manager
• Month end closing (All shipped orders invoiced properly)
• Professionally answer customer inquiries
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• Prior experience with order fulfillment
Knowledge and Skills:
• Computer proficiency
• Experience in SAP system a plus
• Detail Oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Basic Accounting skills
• Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
Physical Demands:
• Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for prolonged period of time
