T-Drill is a marketing and distribution company specializing in pipe and tube fabrication machinery. We currently have an open position for a Staff Accountant in Norcross (30093 / 5 minutes from Wells Fargo- Steve Reynolds, Duluth)


Responsibilities:
• A/P, A/R
• Assist with Cash Management
• G/L Account Reconciliation
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, year-end financial reporting
• Develop and drive process improvement
• Provide support for special projects, ad-hoc requests and other duties to help support decisions, resolve issues
• Participate in annual financial statement audit
• Provide redundancy for order entry and billing coordinator and or shipping
• Establish rapport and build cooperative working relationships with relevant and external parties
• Backup for other admin functions Order Entry, Shipping & Receiving
• Other duties as assigned by Controller

Requirements:

- Sage 100 or other ERP S/W experience.
- Associate level education required. Bachelors preferred
- Native English speaking and writing
- Able to work anywhere in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship
- Up to 3 -5 years experience of full cycle accounting experience.
- Self directed, critical thinker able to work independently,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
