Position: Dispatcher / Customer Service Supervisor(Manager)
Location : 50% job site (Commerce, GA), 50% office (Lawrenceville, GA)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the transportation and logistics department. Bi-lingual(Korean-English) is required.
Duties:
- Manage fleet operations, including coordinating shipping and receiving activities
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency
- Utilize TMS software to track and monitor shipments in real-time
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on shipments
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fleet management, shipping/receiving, or transportation planning is preferred
- Proficiency in GIS software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
