Job Title: Recruiting Manager
Open Position: 1
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for technical and business-related positions.
• Develop recruitment strategies that align with company goals and ensure that the right talent is sourced for each position.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, focusing on engineering, technician, and business-related technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other platforms to source qualified candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends to identify new recruitment opportunities and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in workforce planning to forecast and address future talent needs.
• Handle visa and immigration processes related to recruitment as needed.
• Support CEO and senior leadership on recruitment initiatives and other related tasks.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on technical recruiting.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for engineering, technical, and business-related roles across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate engagement.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred.
• Familiarity with the technical industry and experience recruiting within it.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with Korean-based companies is a plus.
Compensation and Work Environment:
• Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
• Location: Duluth, Georgia
