안녕하세요. 

LaGrange / GA 에 위치한 화물 운송 업체에서 트럭 Dispatching 업무를 담당할 분을 구하고 있습니다. 

Job Title: Truck Dispatching Manager

Job Summary

The Truck Dispatching Manager oversees daily dispatching operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of trucks, drivers, and freight. This role is responsible for managing dispatch staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring compliance with DOT regulations, and ensuring excellent customer service while optimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead dispatching team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily truck routes and driver schedules to maximize efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.

• Monitor real-time truck locations, traffic, and delivery timelines using dispatch software.

• Serve as main point of contact for drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status.

• Resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and delivery logs.

• Analyze dispatching data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic planning.

• Foster strong relationships with customers by ensuring on-time deliveries and professional communication.

• Coordinate with the Safety Manager on driver compliance and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field (preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in truck dispatching or fleet management.

• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA).

• Proficiency in dispatch management systems (TMW, Samsara, McLeod, or similar).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Korean) a plus, depending on customer/driver base.
